Replace chaos, stress & worries
Here are 9 realistic lessons from the book “Chaos in Brainland”

Stress and Anxiety-Free Zone!
- Replace chaos, stress, worries and anxiety with a positive, supportive mindset: There are countless drivers that cause the mind to misbehave; luckily, we are not our minds; we are the observers of our minds. Read about holistic applications, different perspectives, and “First Aid Anxiety Response Techniques.”
- Your thoughts belong to you; take control:
Much of our daily stress, anxiety, and confusion comes from our thinking patterns. Recognising and challenging unhelpful thoughts is one key to improving mental well-being. Shifting your focus to what you can control—like your reactions and mindset—helps reduce overwhelming negative feelings. - Even significant changes start with small steps, one at a time:
Small, consistent actions can lead to substantial improvements in mental health. – Remember, how do you eat an elephant trunk – chunk by chunk. – Create manageable steps and goals. - Understanding and Managing Emotional Responses:
Recognising Emotional Responses – Identifying Different Emotional States – Understanding Emotional Triggers – Cultivating Emotional Self-Awareness and Mindfulness. Managing emotions and learning about their function allows you to handle life’s ups and downs better, responding constructively with improved stress management. - You attract what you focus on. Where you direct your energy matters. If you concentrate on anxiety, it will only grow. Instead, focusing on problem-solving and managing what’s within our control will help foster a positive mindset.”
- Responsibility is your Superpower:
We are all responsible for ourselves, and the number one responsibility is to appreciate, accept and love yourself. Not being responsible may suggest a victim mentality. If you don’t appreciate, accept and love yourself, why should anyone else? Having accepted yourself, you have created space for self-improvement. – You are the only one who controls your awareness, attitudes, thinking, and actions. You can’t control others, but you can control how you react to them. - 30 First Aid Response Steps:
Practise First Aid Hacks before you need them. – Practice makes perfect. Slow down: Think, talk and move distinctly slower – only speed up your thoughts when thinking about something more exciting and optimistic than anxiety. — Be present: Acknowledge your immediate surroundings. – Look up: It triggers visualisation and detaches you from feelings. – And 27 more tips, all explained and practice-ready. - Meditations & Self-Hypnosis Scripts:
By deciding to meditate, the process of meditation will begin; your subconscious mind will be on your side. Self-hypnosis is similar to relaxation or meditation. It can intensify a relaxed or meditative state. – It is a door to reach a deep, relaxed state of being absolutely peaceful with no cares in the world. Once that door has been opened, it can be closed and opened at will. - Goal Setting – Finding Peace in Purpose:
By attempting the impossible – one is meaningfully occupied – Everything was once impossible. Find something worthwhile that will keep you meaningfully occupied, even if it seems impossible, and work on it.
